Conference registration will include: Conference Materials, Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, Mid-Morning and Afternoon Breaks, Poster Refreshments, and Lunches. The price for an accompanying person to attend the Welcome Reception and Banquet is $140.
If for any reason you cannot attend MIOMD 2018 you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by September 21, 2018, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after September 21, 2018.
